We are an agency, not an insurer
Reward Enterprises Ltd is an insurance agency. We arrange cover; we do not underwrite it. Policies are issued by Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited and Guardian General Insurance Limited. All cover, benefits, limits, exclusions, conditions and claims decisions are determined by the insurer under the terms of the policy documents actually issued to you.

Where we describe what a policy “typically” covers, that is a general description of a class of product. Your policy is what your policy says. Always read the schedule and wording issued to you, and ask us about anything you are unsure of.
Quotations
A quotation is an indication based on the information supplied to us and is not an offer of cover. Cover begins only when the insurer accepts the risk, the policy is issued, and any required premium is paid. Quotations may be withdrawn or revised, particularly where the information provided proves incomplete or inaccurate.
Your duty of disclosure
You must give complete and accurate information when applying for insurance and when renewing it. Failure to disclose something material can result in a claim being reduced or declined, or the policy being treated as void. If you are unsure whether something matters, tell us — it costs nothing and it protects you.
Tax information
References on this site to tax treatment, including deductions available on approved annuity and pension contributions, are general and reflect our understanding at the time of writing. Tax law changes and individual circumstances differ. Confirm any figure with the Board of Inland Revenue or your own tax adviser before relying on it.
