Reward Enterprises Ltd is an insurance agency operating in Trinidad and Tobago. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Reward Enterprises Ltd.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and area.
- Quote information — details of what you want covered: vehicle particulars, property details, age, family situation, business information.
- Health information — where you apply for life, critical illness or health cover, the insurer may require medical details. This is sensitive personal data and we treat it accordingly.
- Policy and claims records — documents and correspondence relating to cover we arrange for you.
Why we collect it
To prepare quotations, arrange and service insurance policies on your behalf, assist with claims, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and contact you about your cover, including at renewal.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the insurer we are placing your business with — Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited or Guardian General Insurance Limited — and with service providers acting on their behalf, such as loss adjusters and medical examiners, where a quotation or claim requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a regulator, or by an order of a court.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain a client, and afterwards for the period required by law and by our regulatory and insurance obligations. Where you request a quote and do not proceed, we keep the enquiry for a limited period and then delete it.
Keeping it secure
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their work.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
